YourPrise Terms and conditions and mutual beliefs for cooperation
For the beginning, in addition to current text in the “how to order a YourPrise?” section which is one part of our agreement, please take following guidelines into account and never forget that these guidelines are rubrics of our agreement until the end of our cooperation.

For the beginning, it is necessary for us to have information about you (client) and also about the person you want to surprise (subject). First, the flow of information transfer to us is completely free and through your willingness. Second, there is no reason or force on filling all sections, unless it has a decisive influence on our decision about collaboration or choosing genre of surprise. Third, any information you provide will remain completely confidential. All our efforts are based on confidentiality unless you haven’t ticked off confidentiality of information. This is a situation in which we assume that the information you provide is not specifically confidential. Since cybersecurity and similar areas are not our specialty, there is a chance of occurring a mistake from our side or from your side. We do our best to avoid such situations.

We are a private, informal, and quasi-artistic group which is not dependent on any organization, institution, society, stratum, or sect and also, we have no interest to be dependent on them. We love our country with all its good and bad circumstances. We want to make all people of the world specially the people of our country happy and we wish all people around the world be happy and hopeful. Due to defendable reasons, we believe that we have to obey all the laws of our country. We are fine if, for any reason, you do not approve our beliefs or you have different ideology. We do not investigate your beliefs, but if you are strongly against our beliefs, you’d better to skip reading the rest of this text or we may step forward peacefully for our mutual purpose.

We emphasize that: in YourPrise surprises, there is no room for any kind of documentation through imaging, photographing, video recording, note taking, describing by drawing shapes, and similar instruments and using any tools such as mobile phone, digital or analog cameras, apparat, GoPro, pen, pencil, fountain-pen and so forth. There is no room for any kind of voice recording by mobile phone, on the gramophone record or any other voice recording tool and specially sharing any above mentioned items and our customer’s documents with the intention of joking, serious, increasing likes, varying, nausea, selling or even advertising us in internal and external social networks, filtered or unfiltered networks, and using our customer’s secrets - both you and others – in any way and with any reason. It is seriously forbidden for everyone, unless you submit a documentary request. In this case, further agreements will be made through mutual concordance and knowledge of the type and format of the documentary. If you think you have a limitless desire for sharing in social networks and you are not able to control yourself against this strong desire, please inform us with marking the related option and we would present related forms and analyze the procedure collaboratively. We may accept this demand (it would be only in written form and we would not issue oral permit in any phase), reject it, or due to privacy-preserving, we may consider strict plan for this matter. By the way, our policy in publishing above mentioned items in social networks would be complex and strict. Definitely, we suggest to forget social networks and let’s enjoy our companionship.
- Since we do not have adequate knowledge and information and it is not in the area of our specialty, please make us sure about your legal relativity with subject and other persons. We would never ask you about your relativity during the game and surprise and planning. Also, we are not interested in knowing our customer’s personal relationship. Please make us sure about the legal relativity between you and subject and the others by ticking this section off and again by second ticking off. That’s it. Thanks a lot. ☺

In case you ask for a humanitarian surprise, for instance rejoicing an orphan or the servant of a residential building or factory and also, in an orphanage or a nursing home, not only article 4 and knowing the relativity is no longer a matter but also we would consider offers and discounts for your generosity. Possibly, even we may become a part of this admirable behaviour. YourPrise human policies will always support you and all benefactors as well as environment and animal rights supporters.

Our job begins after completing the forms and calls, and after YourPrise master-mind issued the permission to work on your project. The relevant procedures take place and the surprise runtime will be determined according to your opinion and in collaboration with us, and then the game starts due time. The point is that our job terminates right after the surprise! (expect very specific cases) and then we leave. In case you have any plan after surprise, allow your friends, someone who is specialized, or yourself to proceed. We are not specialized for “ceremony preparation” and party arrangement or gift packing and flower embellishment and such repeated subjects. Our job is a combination of art, accuracy, and timing. Our profession is surprising.

Everything which is found in our profession, and fundamentally in a surprise process, is changeable and nothing is fixed. We consider it quite normal and you would request for our collaboration with acceptance and knowledge of this subject. In fact, your order of cooperation with us, from our point of view, is exactly the same as ordering a chocolate egg which you order just for its chocolate not for what is inside. The chocolate of our job is to surprise your intended person. Frankly speaking, we are not interested in changes because usually it would make our task heavier; however, since a surprise is a combination of known and unknown behaviors and events, it may always, in anywhere at any stage, happen some unpredictable events. We may play a joke on yourself, We may make changes anywhere with or without noticing you and even in some situations you are able to tick off the box “I don’t want to know the time of the game” and again with second ticking off the box, you will let us to determine the runtime, and then even yourself might be surprised! (the last item would not stand for all cases). Of course you can inform us beforehand that you, with your own responsibility, are not agree to make changes.
- Providing that game design allows, we can be completely hidden and invisible until surprise. Even after surprise, we may mention none of our names and leave with no sound. As an integral part of the current and future agreements between you and us, we have always the right to introduce ourselves, in any way we decide, to every single person in the game, wherever and whoever is, including subject, other people who are present in surprise and people who are involved in the game; and the right to take opinion polls and be part of their happiness in future. We may or may not apply this right, but you would respect this right as one article of our contract and as an obvious marketing and business issue in all stages prior, during, and after the game.
- In order to complete your information form and the one whom is going to be surprised, it is necessary for us to have adequate information about your intended person and your mental and physical health. We question you about these issues using health-related forms. This matter could assist us in designing the surprise game and knowing what activities we are able to do. In our point of view, our customers and intended persons’ physical and mental health is a principle. According to lack of our medical specialty and since we are not able to analyze this information medically, we use it just to choose surprise genre. Therefore, if you believe, for any reason, high-stressed genres might even have a small damage to your intended person, others, and your health, inform us surely and certainly by ticking off the related box.
- We need to remember that designing the procedure of a surprise in YourPrise and creating the complexity of the exclusive game include “analysis and prediction” of the project and the person’s specific condition. The analysis and prediction are conceivable in two ways:
- A part which is related to us: you and we would have no concern in this point. It will be done due time accurately by our team coordination.
- We need to take the other side of the situation into consideration. Those are the unpredictable and impromptu aspects of the game which are related to several factors such as the intended person’s behaviour, sudden changes in unpredicted situations, unpredicted events, the effect of the surprise on intended person, and so forth. This is a fact which you would accept and take into account as an integral part of our current and future agreements. In order to avoid the last part, we would always try to have an alternative plan and we predict, with your assistance, all rare conditions for which we could offer proper solutions. Anyway, the possibility of error, even inconsiderable, would always exist.
- Since our power is in developing ideas and implementing these ideas by our powerful and probably hidden team, whether we sign the contract or stop in negotiation stage; therefore, our suggested subject or subjects in all stages, before, during, and after implementing surprise will be recognized as our belongings by our customers for ten years. Customers abdicate the rights of having permission to use it or something similar to it with minor or major changes, sharing for other people, providing the possibility of implementing it individually or by others, and any action which affects our legal and humanistic right as the owner of the idea. Consider that a group of cool and active guys are getting paid through this way.
- Please finalize your order at least one month before your surprise runtime. We would rather to design and accomplish your order in tranquility. Regarding to the complexities of functioning and to avoid interference with other arrangements, it would be hard to do the job in a short time. Of course it is condonable in case we recognize a force majeure.
- Relying on our abilities, if you trust us, we trust you. Providing that you were not really and honestly satisfied of the game and surprise and if we couldn’t get acceptance score in specific procedures of feedback of the surprise, we will guarantee the refund of surprise implementation fee.
